Stratz designed and installed our original heating & AC system in our new house 17 years ago. It is a high-efficiency 3-zone system, and we have been extremely pleased with it. In addition, we have used Stratz every year for our annual inspections and check-ups, as well as the occasional repair and replacement. All of Stratz's technicians are very knowledgeable and experienced, and have always been very friendly and courteous. Caleb was my technician. He replaced my blower on my furnance. He was kind enough to come back and explain the blower furnance noise after installation.

Not knowing other prices, i have nohing to compare the expense to.

I surely appreciated them, for it was a very cold night.

We had a leak in our on demand water heater at our cottage. We found it on our arrival after being gone for several weeks. Called them, Nick came within a half hour. Got it evaluated, turned hot water off and put a plan for replacement - this was a Friday afternoon. Got a call on Monday with our options, Tuesday afternoon Chad and his assistants were there. The install was great. Very professional, left everything clean and neat, answered all my husbands questions. Awesome job to all of you. Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of the work of the team at Stratz.
Reece was available to help with a furnace that decided to misbehave over the Christmas holidays. He let us know in advance of his arrival, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and was courteous and professional throughout.
We had a similar good experience with Jacob in November on another problem. He was also thoroughly professional, courteous and helpful.
Highly recommend both technicians and the team at Stratz.

Caleb was awesome. He came the same day I called and although he had already put in a full day he stayed as long as it took. Not only did he fix a problem that has been ongoing for several years he was attentive, professional and very personable. My exceptionally shy grandson took to him; repeatedly watching and talking to him, not usually done with ANY stranger. Caleb is special. I know who to call now and will look into maintenance plans. Thanks for all you do.
